Accounting for Sun Shades in the Prescriptive Method

When calculating the amount of daylight (via the prescriptive method) that enters through a south-facing window that utilizes sun shades, how does one account for the added shading benefit in order

Measurement option and 500fc limit

For Option 3 Measurement, can an area with measurement greater than 500 fc count towards the credit if the space has glare control devices, such as internal shades?

For IEQc8.1 Daylight – Light: I'm using the prescriptive approach to calculate daylighting for a 4 story office building that is rectangular in plan with floor to ceiling glazing on every facade.

The upload credit asks you confirm calulations were carried out for both 0900 & 1500 on the 21st september, but the Supplemental daylight & Views Calc spreadsheet has only entry for one set
