The upload credit asks you confirm calulations were carried out for both 0900 & 1500 on the 21st september, but the Supplemental daylight & Views Calc spreadsheet has only entry for one set of figures. So, do I enter the worst case of the 2 sets of results or the average of the 2 results, or 2 spreadsheets?

You should enter the worst case of the 2 sets.
I have created my own spreadsheet which includes a compliant square footage column for both 9am and 3pm and have submitted that also.

Kitty, I will add that there has been much debate about this. To me, the wording means that each point has to meet the requirement at 9 and 3. So if your points are space on a 2'x2' grid, and one point receives 10 fc at 9 and 3, you can count 4 square feet towards your qualifying total (because that is the sf that one point represents). But, I have also heard that the point was given for the credit when the average number for each space was used as long as the minimum of the 2 times was above 75% for that space. I was hoping for the 2012 release to clear up this issue, but it looks like we'll have to wait a while for that. Either way, I would submit your own spread sheet for how you came up with your numbers.
