Can a restaurant achieve this credit?

I'm starting a new project on a bar and grill this is seeking LEED silver. I'm a little confused on how a restaurant would achieve this credit.

I recently had this credit denied by our LEED review team because our catering kitchen "local control" did not meet the credit requirement for adjustability.

Hello, I have a question relating to lighting control in dorm rooms: My understanding of credit 6.1 was that 90% of building occupants needed their own lighting control.

To satisfy credit requirements should we provide the corresponding light fixtures for switched receptacles in residential units in a multi-family high-rise project?
