Entryway mats stairs / staircase

Our project has a staircase in front of the entrance. The clearance between the entrance and the stairs is less than 3 meters (about 1 meter).

How to Get this credit For VRF System

Hai:- Our project is sewing factory we already provide entryway mate and Exhaust as required, VRF system is used for A/c 1.Is it enough to attend this credit 2.

Has anyone come across a good definition of "regularly used exterior entrance"?  Such as entrances used at least once a day or once a week?

Recessed mats

We are considering using a recessed coir walk-off mat for a LEED project. It will be recessed with a stainless border. Does this count as a roll-out mat and would require weekly maintenance?
