Dear All,

I have a question regarding LEED v2009 NC IEQ C5 - Indoor Chemical and Pollutant Source Control.

One of our projects has housekeeping room located within a garage (it only communicates with the garage). Taking into account the fact that this room is not adjacent to any regularly occupied areas, does it have to comply with the requirements set in this credit (e.g.: exhaust rate, self -closing doors , hard-lid ceiling)?
