I am starting to see a specification for 3. Dry-Fog Coatings: VOC not more than 400 g/L. in MasterSpec and some projects' LEED specs.

The project is a 2 storied garment factory located in Bangladesh where they use Industrial Enamel alkyd based paints which has a VOC of 438 g/L.

Methyl Hydrate Solvent

This is for cleaning pipes prior actual coating and painting application. I understand that this solvent does emit strong odor and as such application after hours is preferred.

VOC Classification for Concrete items

I have a number of items used for concrete - Form Release Compounds and Concrete Surface Retarders, as well as Cable pulling Lubricant used by the electricians on my project.

The link to Rule 1113 in the Resources tab above is broken. By searching the SCAQMD website (and Google), I can only find the most current version of Rule 1113.

I was wondering if somebody can explain to me the following: In the Table 1 of the IEQc4.2 where the voc limits of the different categories are listed, what excatly ceiling limit means?
