Will a a flush out with above 60% relative humidity be acceptable provided there is a valid reason?

Noting that an equivalent to IEQc3.2 is not available within the LEED-CS rating system, is it safe to assume that future tenant space(s) within a LEED-NC project would not be subject to IAQ testing

Our project office building has 22 floors and is divided in 4 portions – north wing, south wing, east wing and west wing.

Path 2 Flushout

Our project went with Path 2 Post-occupancy flush out. All AHUs required 2-4 days of flush out before occupancy could occur and about 24 days post occupancy.
