Shall we use LEED 2009 BD+C if the new building has 35% of energy process ? The main function is mechanical kneading without cooking process and warehouse.

We're working on a small project (7,500 SF) pursuing LEED NC v2009 designed with water-source VRFs served by a shared central condenser water system with cooling towers, boilers, and pumping.

Data center cooling

We have both space cooling and in rack chilled water cooling for computers. I wonder if the in-rack cooling is considered as process load or not.

EAP2 required HAP input summary

For the EAP2 upload EAP2-14 LEED is asking for the modeling software "input summary." What specific input summaries are required for Carrier HAP? I am modeling a building over 100,000 sq ft.
