Air economizers in proposed and baseline

If air economizers are not required to be modeled in the baseline system due to climate zone (4a) can you model the proposed with economizers if in design and not model economizers in the baseline?

California Title 24-2005 Part 6 vs. ASHRAE 90.1-2007

It's clear from the credit language and LEED Online form that California Title 24-2005 Part 6 can be used in place of ASHRAE 90.1-2007 as a baseline when creating an energy model.

Can anyone please clarify which, if any, minimum efficiency requirements are set for heat-pump dehumidifiers (indoor swimming pool dehumidifiers) under ASHRAE 90.1 (2007)?

Greetings, The standard states that the pump power must be 22 W/gpm. If the project has two chillers and primary secondary circuits, whereby there is on pump per chiller in the primary circuits and

Hallo, I have read the insulation requirements in Section 7.4.3 but it seems to focus on circulating and non-circulating systems with a storage tank.
