NC-2009 EAp2: Minimum Energy Performance
Hi all,
For a data center that is equiped only the first 2 storeys out of total 5 storeys for the first few years, how should the energy calculation be done? should I include energy consumption of the other storey as well or only the 2 storeys?

You need to model the entire building, as though it were completely occupied. "Future" lighting and process loads should be identical in each case.
