Water-cooled screw chiller- Minimum Efficiency

Hi, I would like to seek expert advice in the following. 1) Can anybody advise if water-cooled screw chillers intended to operate at non-standard conditions (Middle East) must comply with Table 6.

Hotel occupancy rate and a/c energy consumption

We have a hotel project with VRF systems serving the guest rooms. I am struggling with coming up with a way to simulate less than 100% occupancy rate in the hotel guest rooms.

Building Simulation for a non AC Facility

We are working in a Garment Factory project in Sri Lanka where the facility is to be LEED certified. Whole building will be put up as a non air conditioned facility.

Baseline HVAC system and envelope for hospital patient rooms

I'm not sure of the Baseline envelope and HVAC system to use in hospital patient rooms. For one, Section 3.2 defines "residential" as including patient rooms in hospitals.

ASHRAE 90.1 states that existing buildings shall be modeled as is before renovations. Currently the building has all of the window openings boarded up.

We are clear that for the total Gross Floor Area we have to include mezzanines.
