Fan Power Calculation

Let's say we have a HVAC supply fan of a baseline which is calculated to be 3,000 cfm and the baseline fan power at 0.001 kW/cfm.This makes the fan power to be 3 kW.

Has anyone ever experienced process load lower than 25%? We are working on a museum currently having process energy cost equal to 16% of the total baseline energy cost.

Dear all, In the selection of the HVAC system for baseline according to Table G3.1.1A should the unconditioned underground parking pavements be considered in the number of floors of the building?
