We have a project that consists of 1 level of retail, 7 levels of above grade parking, 8 levels of commercial office space, and 16 levels of residential (apartment) space.

The project is a manufacturing facility with ancillary buildings such as admin, health centre, canteen, utility and security blocks. The buildings are not physically connected to each other.

We are working with a building that has 9 floors, the first 6 floors are for parking, unconditioned naturally ventilated with no glass on the envelope, and the last 3 are conditioned office spaces
