Hi could you confirm whether the "Owned/Leased" column is meant to reflect the project owner's usage management versus the building owner's usage?

Hello! Under the Space Usage Type table, how do you fill in the table for those spaces that are exempted from IEQc8.1 and 2, but are still conditioned?

We are working on a new MOB with 4 of 6 tenant suites being completed at the same time as shell/core.

We are currently close to finishing all credit requirements. Do you recomend to submitt al information for review as it is completed or wait to have all ready and submitting it all at once?
