Hi, I am working on a project under LEED BD+C that has some shell space that will no be outfitted until well after the completion of the construction and LEED documentation. I am trying to determine if this space should be considered regularly occupied if its future use would be considered regularly occupied. There is not a timeline to outfit this space but looks like atleast 5 years down the road. Thank you for your help!
