NC-2009 PIf3:Occupant and Usage Data

PI FORM 3 Version 4: Complex Occupancy

Under "Complex Occupancy", it states to upload "PIf3-1" to calculate FTE. Is this a spreadsheet that we create or is there on on-line form?

I made my own spreadsheet for this that matches the Upload PIf3-1 calculations/inputs for complex occupancy and using the simple occupancy table as a basis.
