NC-2009 PIf3:Occupant and Usage Data

Hi, Our project is 133,624 sf. We have completed the form as below Within the space usage type table, we have 127,832 sf (is this acceptable as it is only a small difference?) On the default occupancy we have the same area as the space usage type (127,832 sf). Is this also acceptable or does it have to be the same as total gross square footage above? We know that the form lets you have discrepancies but don't where they allow that

As long as you can explain how the areas were calculated - what's included, what's excluded - and follow the definitions of "gross floor area" and "Regularly occupied spaces" as defined in the MPR Guidance document (see link in the post above) you should be fine.
