NC-2009 PIf3:Occupant and Usage Data

Table Plf3-2. vs. Table Plf3-3

We have renovation of a college building. Most of the building is made up of faculty offices with some waiting areas and conference rooms. However, there is a classroom in the building that will bring in students throughout the day. Should the students be included (appropriately weighted) in Table Plf3.2, or should I only include faculty and save the students (who are transients) for Table Plf3-3? Or should they be in both tables?

Higher-education students are considered visitors to most buildings, except when they are residents of a dorm, in which case they are residents.
