LEED Addenda #10231 (https://www.usgbc.org/leedaddenda/10231) effectively stated that extensive roof systems could not count towards SSc5.1 Site Development-Protect or Restore Habitat for v3 -

Soil Testing

On page 49 of the LEEDv4.1 guide it states that soil testing is only needed on imported soils. Under Step-by-Step guidance, it states "Soil tests are only required for imported soils".

Hello there, the requirement in 4.1 specifies to designate an area for a pollinator garden(Designate a portion of the habitat area for a pollinator garden consisting of native flowering plants

My project has 2 phases of development. Currently, we only apply LEED for phase 1. There is a big greenery area, reserved for future building in phase 2.
