We are working on a 4-acre site with multiple buildings that aims to landscape with natives as much as possible. The available planting areas are distributed across the site (a perimeter path, planted areas around buildings and along walkways), but they are not always physically adjointed. Can we use the total of calculated areas to qualify for the 15% threshold or does the "restored habitat" need to be contiguous?
