Are all project parking spaces to be included in the count for an Addition, or just the new spaces designed for the Addition?

Is there a way in v4.1 to use these two credits in tandem?  V4 has some guidance that increases percentages if both are used.  Curious if anyone has attempted both.

I have a client asking me about Option 2 - which is ESVE ready for 10% of parking. In the online summary of the credit it does not go into the required uploads.

Thanks to LEED User I just discovered the latest version of NC4.1_LTc8 requires 5% of spaces to comply with Electric Vehicle Charging Requirements, instead of 2%.

Level 1 EV chargers - any credit for extensive installations vs a few Level 2's?

Does anyone have any experience in getting credit for more Level 1 chargers?  Increasing having clients question whether Level 2 is the right approach for mass rollout due to electrical infras

We have a mixed-use project (office, hotel, & residential apartments). With this credit now specific to EV spaces only, how are the residential occupant spaces addressed?

EV charging for spillover parking
