electric vehicles and reduced parking footprint?

Is there a way in v4.1 to use these two credits in tandem? V4 has some guidance that increases percentages if both are used. Curious if anyone has attempted both. Electric vehicles requires providing a % of chargers based on required parking and reduced parking requires reducing parking capacity by 30% - they appear to work against each other?

Hi Craig, The guidance for the Green Vehicles requires the % of chargers (or infrastructure) based on "all parking spaces used by the project", not on what would be required by code or zoning. So, you can first reduce the number of spaces provided, and then base your EV allocations based on the reduced number that's actually in place for the project.
