No FTE

NC-v4 MPR3:Must comply with project size requirements

We've got a building with no FTE - it houses mostly lab equipment that is managed by a researcher and then left alone. There are no restrooms, offices, etc.

Can any project get this credit if they're in a DDA area? It seems like the DDA only exists to identify areas where additional subsidy is needed for low-income housing.
