Hi, We are designing a Commercial Interior v4 Space in a building that is already certified under CS v2009 with a Platinum level.

It is clear to me how the prerequisite is to implement a plan without having to meet any diversion thresholds. However, its not clear how a CWM plan implementation is demonstrated.

Can parking lots or roads be considered pedestrian oriented? The only statement making me think it's NOT is in the reference guide it states Step 3.

Are parking spaces and roads counted as part of the 30% OUTDOOR space?

I understand the energy model is based on ASHRAE 90.1, but is the LEED project building required to follow ASHRAE 90.1 as the energy code?  Here in NYC, we are allowed to follow either ASHRAE

I am trying to  build my proposed and my baseline building in equest.

My problem is that for the structure element " floor on slab" I need to Input the Uvalue.

Our project is a "last mile" distribution center where there's a car staging area for delivery.  Does this count towards parking?  I assume the staging area is considered part of facility
