Our project is a cruise terminal which provides bus parking for those who travel to and from the site. All types of shuttles and buses come transporting employees, cruise guests and visitors.

If the manufacturer does not have documentation, is there a generic letter to distribute to manufacturers that will comply with verification needed for the GBCI reviewer.

Reference Guide Error?

Retail-CI-v4 WEc1:Indoor water use reduction

The Reference Guide says that WEc is worth 2-12 points for Retail, but Table 1 shows 10-points is the maximum. Has anyone seen a published correction about this?

We're having a debate about how the reduced parking credit applies to a large building serving as a lab. Parking offsite is being constructed with more than 500 spaces dedicated to staff.
