An HPDv1 that we would like to count for credit has "Other" marked under "Residuals Disclosure." Is there any precedent for this counting the HPD for credit? If there isn't some sort of exception associated with the "Other" option, what is the intent of including it when there are so many other options? Note that the HPD in question has "Yes" marked for "Full Disclosure of Intentional Ingredients" and "Full Disclosure of Known Hazards."

Kena, the "Other" box being checked sounds like it could be problematic. Do you mind sharing what HPD it is? It would be easier to determine the answer that way.

Thanks, Tristan. The product is Ecocore from Acoustical Interiors. You can find it in the HPD Repository.

This is not a v4 compliant HPD, with the disclosure threshold not being at least 1,000 ppm, and nothing to explain "Other" in the disclosure notes. This shows the issues pretty well:

Especially since the HPD is expired, I would encourage them to issue a new one, as it might be compliant if they did so!
