Verbiage in the Pilot Credit on USGBC.com states only an "accessible level" is required.  Therefore, does this exclude levels that are accessible by elevator?  This statement implies that

Be sure to use the Updated version 8/1/2011. The required features are in line with the California Building Code Accessibility requirements.
