Verbiage in the Pilot Credit on USGBC.com states only an "accessible level" is required. Therefore, does this exclude levels that are accessible by elevator? This statement implies that only one level of accessibly is required, whereas "designing for adaptability" should consider a more holistic building design approach. Our project has elevator access to all 4 levels, with at least one accessible unit on each level. Does anyone else have any innovative adaptability design approaches?
