This particular single family home was designed for adaptability by request of the client. Situated on a single level with an open structure design for easy access and movement throughout the home. The clients, in their late 50's planned for this home to be their last and accommodate their current and future needs. As a project team we decided this was clearly the intent of this pilot credit and easily qualified.
