Pilot-Credits PC34:Design for Adaptability

LEEDUser vs. USGBC

There are discrepancies between the LEEDUser and USGBC requirements for this pilot credit. LEEDUser says that projects required to meet FHAA are not eligible for the zero step entrance of Option 1. LEEDUser also state that we need to meet 3 or more features of each Option. USGBC says the projects required to meet FHAA may get credit for option 1 if there are 2x the amount of required accessible units. USGBC also states that we would need to meet all features of each Option. Who's requirements should I follow? I've noticed that most pilot credits show discrepancies between LEEDUser and USGBC.

Nicholas, the difficulty is that pilot credits have gone through updates and there will be times when USGBC and LEEDuser are showing different versions. Given that pilot credits do change, I would suggest saving a copy of the credit language for the PC when you register for it.
