Using CBECS 2012 Data for Estimating Energy Consumption

I have multiple office projects where there is no consumption data available as the tenants are new to the building- we are going with Option 2 Minimum Energy Performance.

Does base building performance now impact CI performance?

It appears that there is a fairly major shift in the relationship between the tenant spaces within the project scope and the base building.

EAp2 has an mandatory ASHRAE requirement (90.1-2010, Section 8.4.2 Automatic Receptacle Control) requiring at least half of all private offices, open offices, and computer classrooms to be controll

Hi, I have some questions about the modeling system on CI.
1.If I have a curtain wall window on the exterior of my building, I still need to use U-value of the faming system?
