I'm working on a university project and was just notified by our contractor that from February to June their waste hauler took all waste to landfill due to concerns about their employees being expo

I'm hopeful that everyone on this forum has seen the BD+C LEED v4.1 new language for MRc5 regarding commingled waste in the current draft, which as of yesterday is no longer a draft -

Our project is a hotel for which all guestrooms are being manufactured as modular units. This will certainly save waste, and we are interested in pursuing Option 2.

We have a project going right now and one of our dumpsters we have listed as clean fill in which we put in concrete/brick/cmu which according to LEED V4 is an acceptable recyclable but the weight t

Credit For Demolished Concrete for use as backfill

Previously, We have been a part of projects in which LEED credit has been given for the re-use of concrete, both structural and flat work, used to backfill an old gravel pit.
