What is required to be submitted for commingled waste in LEED Version 4? Does the commingled waste have to sent to a Certified Recycling Institute?

We have a project which will be built on the site of an existing building. Does the demolition of that existing building need to be included in the MRc5 waste diversion calculations?

Can a building reusing existing steel structure claim the material (or any other existing materials to remain) as contributing to the calculations for waste being diverted away from landfill?

Supporting Documentation

While the LEEDonline form does not specifically list this as a requirement, I have always uploaded the waste tickets/receipts as supporting documentation along with the MR CWM calculator
