Has anyone successfully quantified and documented substantial waste prevention strategies?
I like the idea, but am struggling with the impact waste prevention has on the overall amount of demo/construction waste generated.
Probably the most significant waste reduction strategy is building floor area reduction as a result of strategic space planning during early schematic phase, but not sure GBCI would approve "X tons of waste prevented due to smaller building".
