We are targeting LEED certification for a new Datacenter. Since there are no tenant agreements yet, we using the Core & Shell scheme.

Large Office building

Our team is working on a large commercial building (13 level of parking+2 levels of lobby+ 37 levels of office space) C&S LEED v4 model. we are using IES VE for the modeling.

Lease language
