Our team is working on a large commercial building (13 level of parking+2 levels of lobby+ 37 levels of office space) C&S LEED v4 model. we are using IES VE for the modeling. The model is getting so slow that we are thinking of separating the model into 3 separate models and combining the results for the final report. Is this approach acceptable from the LEED point of view? if not what do you suggest as a workaround?

You should be able to do so. Make sure that you provide a thorough narrative describing what you have done, how it is thermodynamically the same as one model, and why you needed to do it this way.
