Is it acceptable if the air leakage testing is done by a subcontractor of the general contractor when all the other aspect of the envelope commissioning are done by an independant CxA ?

One of the triggers of the upstream equipment Cx requirements for EAc1 is that the "project building's gross floor area is greater than 50,000 square feet." Does this 50,000 GSF trigger refer to th
