Good Morning,
In order to pursue the EAc1 option 2 , we are the building envelope CxA and will manage all the documentation related to the building envelope. This documentation will be part of the CxA building commissioning documentation at different project phases.
We have received and commented the OPR for building envelope performance.
The question is related to the BOD, the Architect has provided a conceptual presentation related to the building envelope indicating the envelope performance which is according to the OPR. Is this presentation could be considered as a BOD ? Or if the BOD has to be in a particular format as the LEED user template?
Thank you,
Scott Bowman

I do not think there is a particular format for a BOD. As the ECxA, that is really up to you. If you feel a presentation indicates that the design team is in compliance with the OPR, and you can document why you feel that way, then I think you are good. There are more reviews coming and everything gets measured back to the OPR, so even if small changes are made along the way, you are still reviewing back to the original OPR, not just the BOD. Note that you should be updating both of these documents as the design progresses and the owner agrees to foundational changes to the requirements which would then required a different basis of design.
