The v4_Minimum Energy Performance Calculator_v05 states that "Mandatory step controls are included in the proposed, and modeled in the baseline for all spaces enclosed by ceiling height partitions

In the refurbishment that was designed internal partitions will be removed and the rooms will become bigger than the existing ones.

Hi, I have a project in the UK. For schemes such as BREEAM we use a SBEM - BRUKL output for the energy credits. Does anyone know if this is compliant to use for LEED as well?

Hi All, Kindly clarify baseline LPD to be used for multi-family residential spaces (living room, bed room, kitchen, rest room, etc) as per ASHRAE 90.1-2010.
