Dear,
Per LEED Reference Guide, the fresh air for baseline must follow ASHRAE 62.1 - 2010. My Client is asking to use different occupancy density than stated per ASHRAE 62.1 with the the fresh air requirements for occupancy and area.
My question now, the baseline fresh air calculations can be based on occupancy densities different than ASHRAE 62.1?

If the occupancy density is known then you should use that in your calculations for both the baseline model and IEQp1. If the occupancy density is not known then use the default occupancy values.
