Currently, we have a manufacturing facility registered for LEED NC BD+C V4.

This project does not have any landscape area at the moment.

Our irrigation consultant has provided an irrigation calculation where the total irrigation area (approx. 5000 SF) is more than the total landscape SF (approx. 3000 SF).

I did not notice a minimum percentage of landscaped area (5% has traditionally been the minimum). Is this longer a stipulation?
