Is 2% of total parking spaces for EVSE vehicles required to be preferred parking or can be any parking spaces. Green Vehicles credit language doesnot mention about this.

Client is developing a ha land. We are applying certification for only a small part of it (about 2%). The LEED-project has its own parking and a % of it is for green vehicles.

On LEED 2009, I remember reading that using a charger that could half the charge time would be counted as 2 charge stations. Did this change for LEED v4?

There is a conflict with the Online form and the Reference guide/LEED Online. Both LEED Online and Reference guide clearly state that EV Charging stations must be 2% of total Parking spaces.
