Hi, my project has 19 office floors, and one floor is already fitted out by tenant. So the rest 18 floors are empty - open office.

Zone Floor Area Calculation

For the prescriptive method, how is Zone Floor Area calculated for a multi-floor office building with no tenant build-outs? Is the ZFA = 2 times the window head height? Thanks

Do I need to work with the tenants and base our calculations on their interior fit-out design to evaluate whether we're meeting 75% of all regularly occupied spaces?
