Smoke/acoustic seal around the door instead of weather seal

Residential units in the project have doors facing the corridors which in completely inside of the building as they are in a high-rise tower.

single occupant offices as designated smoking rooms?

In a multi tenant CS office building smoking is prohibited in the entire building (Option 1). However the owner wishes to execute a few single person offices as designated smoking rooms.

Hello, Our project has a 1-story annex building which is separated from the base building and includes two types of spaces, toilet / shower booth space and smoking room.

Hi, I am working on a LEED CS project with a single tenant. The tenant has a no-smoking policy and is providing signage throughout the property and building.

Rooftop smoking areas?

How is the 25' radius applied when the smoking area is on a rooftop? Do we assume the smoke drifts up or do I need to worry about windows below the smoking area?
