Dear All,
We are in the construction phase of a mall project that is registered to obtain LEED gold certification. The design review was received several months ago and the prerequisite of ETS control has been awarded. Now a change has taken place in the design of the outdoor plaza. A number of spaces will be leased to cafes which will allow smoking outdoors.
I am not quite sure if the reviewers will approve the new changes, so my question is should we re-upload the documentation of this prerequisite in the construction submission even if it has been awarded before? or we can ask for advice now before the submission? or we neglect the design updates that have taken place?
I wish I've succeeded to clarify my point. Appreciate your help!

Yes, since the design changes affect your possible compliance with this prerequisite, you should re-submit your documentation and have it reviewed.
