Rooftop smoking areas?

How is the 25' radius applied when the smoking area is on a rooftop? Do we assume the smoke drifts up or do I need to worry about windows below the smoking area?

Sara, you would need to worry about that, yes. In my experience smoke goes all directions! Especially whichever one you're standing in.
