Exhaust fan for chemical storage

If We have chemical storage room with 69.4 ft square in Area in our building , i want to install one exhaust fan for this room to acheive credit requirements , how can i calculate minimum pressure

'..with no air recirculation' is for exhaust system or AC system

LEED v3 reference guide has mentioned that 'the exhaust rate must be at least 0.5 cfm per square foot, with no air recirculation'..does it mean exhaust system or AC system???

In the new version of the LEED online template for this credit, there is a minimum (with doors closed) and average required pressure differential in Pa.
