This pilot credit was very easy to achieve because the project is in California.  Our hauler held Certification of Recycling Rates issued by the Recycling Certification Institute.

I'm in the process of getting 3 Campus projects Certified.  All of which are virtually the same, just with different quantities of projects included.  Each project used virtually the same

Does polyisocyanurate roof insulation on top of a concrete or metal deck need to be included in the documentation of the low-emitting materials insulation category?

Do we have any idea of what qualifies as "car share" program under option 3? We are helping design a buildnig on a golf course and there are vehicles for employees to use around the facility.

Professional/Private Sports Field as Open Space?

We have a stadium project that is open air, so the grass turf field is not covered. However, the field is not publicly accessible at any time.
