What is required for naturally ventilated buildings? Are Co2 sensors with alarms enough to achieve compliance with this credit? Do we need one per room or just 1 per every regulary occupied space...

Anyone know of any good commercial Washer and Dryer combos that are energy efficient. I checked out Energy Star for the washers but no info was given on the Dryers.

Is there a rule that excludes drop off spaces for SSc4.3 and 4.4 for a day care? The project is designating spaces for 15 minute drop off so that parents can bring their kids inside. Obviously...

We are doing LEED Schools, and sometimes the State Schools governing agency minimum parking requirements exceed the local (i.e. city) jurisdiction. We are required to meet the State Schools...
