In areas with combined sewers, could option 1 be achieved by reducing runoff volume to the sewer?

I received a comment on a past project, where the reviewer wanted verification that the project was actually a LZ3 as defined...

Is it acceptable to use Greenguard certified products to meet the requirements of this credit?

The credit requires products to meet the California Department of Health Services Standard...
